Shipping Policy

Changes in Shipping Policy as of February 1, 2025

Starting from February 1, 2025, a fixed shipping cost of $5.90 will apply to all orders with shipping within Canada. This change aims to simplify the ordering process and make shipping more predictable for our customers.

Conditions:

  • Minimum order amount: $50 (before taxes).
  • Minimum quantity of items: For Filters, the minimum order is 3 pieces.
  • For orders under $50 (before taxes), a shipping fee of $12 will be applied.

These changes will help you shop more easily and conveniently. We appreciate your support and are confident that these new conditions will make your shopping experience even better!



Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
Limited Liability for PackagesFrom the moment a package is collected by the designated carrier (such as UPS or Canada Post) or delivered to the carrier by SHEMAX Canada, responsibility for the shipment is shared between the customer and the carrier.While SHEMAX Canada is committed to assisting customers with claims, we are not liable for the reimbursement or replacement of shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our warehouse.To ensure the safety of your package, we highly recommend opting for Guide Package Protection during checkout. If this option is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility for any issues that may arise during transit.
Customer Responsibilities at DeliveryUpon receipt of your order, please inspect the package and its contents. If the box appears bent, broken, or damaged:
  1. Remove the item (e.g., the dust collector) from the packaging and check its operation by connecting it to the mains.
  2. Document any issues with photos or video.
  3. File a claim immediately with the carrier.
Failure to follow these steps may limit your ability to resolve shipping-related issues.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged PackagesTo address concerns about lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, SHEMAX Canada has partnered with Guide Package Protection, which provides peace of mind through instant replacement or refunds.
  • If Guide Package Protection is purchased, claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages can be submitted directly through their claims process.
  • If Guide Package Protection is declined, SHEMAX Canada assumes no responsibility for these issues during transit.

How to buy?
1. Select a product.

3. When you have finished selecting items and all items have been added to the cart, press CHECK OUT.
4. Fill in your payment and shipping information
5. Pay for your order in a way that is affordable and convenient for you.
6. After we receive your payment, the item is inspected, packaged and sent for shipment.
7. We send you a tracking number.
