Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

 Limited Liability for Packages

All shipments are subject to the shared responsibility of the customer and the designated carrier (such as UPS or Canada Post) from the moment the package is collected by the carrier from SHEMAX CANADA or delivered by SHEMAX CANADA to the carrier.

While we are committed to assisting in the claims process, it is important to note that we are not responsible for the reimbursement or replacement of shipments that are lost or stolen.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

If you have any questions or concerns about the safety of your package, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to address any inquiries you may have.

Attention! Upon receipt of the equipment, be sure to check the goods. The appearance of the box must not be bent or broken. Take the dust collector out of the box and check the operation by connecting it to the mains. If you find any comments, please fix them on a photo or video, and also make a statement (claim) through the carrier.

Payment

How to buy?
1. Select a product.
2. Add the item to the cart
3. When you have finished selecting items and all items have been added to the cart, press CHECK OUT.
4. Fill in your payment and shipping information
5. Pay for your order in a way that is affordable and convenient for you.
6. After we receive your payment, the item is inspected, packaged and sent for shipment.
7. We send you a tracking number.
