Warranty and service
Terms of warranty service
Warranty service is provided only if the warranty receipt or sales invoice is correctly filled out, indicating: product model, date of sale, seller's information, and buyer's information. The warranty covers equipment purchased through authorized distributors in Canada.
The warranty for factory defects (free warranty repair or replacement) lasts for 1 year. Post-warranty service for the product is provided for a fee according to the prices of the service center.
The manufacturer does not assume warranty obligations and does not provide free service for the product in the following cases:
- Evidence of third-party interference, attempted self-repair, or repairs on individual components.
- Damages associated with foreign objects entering the fan, liquids, or defects due to transportation, except when transported by an authorized representative of the service center.
- Damages resulting from natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fires, internal factors (high humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.).
- Device failure due to power supply parameters not meeting the requirements.
All SHEMAX devices are CE and ISO certified.
Please note that the color of the product on your device's screen may slightly vary from its actual color due to differences in monitor settings and color rendition. We strive to represent the product color as accurately as possible. If you have any concerns regarding the color, feel free to contact us.
Product Specifications & Manufacturer Updates
At SHEMAX Canada, we do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications, and technical details.
However, please note the following:

Updated technical documentation included with the product may sometimes differ from older information previously provided to distributors and retailers.

In the event of any discrepancy:
The official technical documentation included with the device shall be deemed accurate and take precedence over website descriptions.
Such discrepancies are not considered a defect and are not a valid reason for free return or replacement.
