By purchasing the SHEMAX Canada Protection digital product, you extend the warranty coverage for your nail dust collector to 2 years.

Key Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Models: SHEMAX Canada Protection can only be purchased for the following nail dust collector models: Style Pro, Style X-Pro, NL Style Pro, and NL Style X-Pro.

2. Purchase Options: SHEMAX Canada Protection can be purchased:

   • At the same time as your nail dust collector.
   • Within 6 months (180 days) from the date of your nail dust collector purchase. Please note that the extended warranty provided by SHEMAX Canada Protection adds an additional year to the standard 1-year factory warranty, resulting in a total warranty period of 2 years from the date of the nail dust collector purchase.

3. Territorial Restrictions: The program is only valid for nail dust collectors purchased in Canada. Devices purchased in the USA, Europe, or other countries are not eligible for SHEMAX Canada Protection.

4. Applicability: SHEMAX Canada Protection applies exclusively to devices manufactured under the SHEMAX brand.

5. Device-Specific Coverage: Each nail dust collector requires a separate SHEMAX Canada Protection plan (e.g., if you purchase two devices and wish to have a 2-year warranty for each, you must purchase a separate plan for each device).

6. Warranty Registration:

   • If you purchase SHEMAX Canada Protection together with your nail dust collector, no additional actions are required.
   • If you purchase SHEMAX Canada Protection separately (but no later than 6 months after the device purchase), you must provide the following information for registration:
     • The invoice or receipt for your nail dust collector purchase.
     • The serial number of your nail dust collector (usually a 5-digit number found on the box, device, or technical documentation).
       Once you provide the required documents and complete the payment, you will receive confirmation of your registration in our system.

7. Warranty Limitations: SHEMAX Canada Protection covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:

   • Damages caused by improper use, drops, or external factors.
   • Devices repaired by unauthorized service providers.
   • Loss of accessories or consumable items.

8. Product Format: SHEMAX Canada Protection is a digital product and does not require physical delivery. Registration is tied to the device’s serial number in the SHEMAX Canada internal database.

9. Refund Policy:

   • You may request to cancel your purchase of SHEMAX Canada Protection within 3 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued, minus payment processing fees (approximately 3%).
   • After 3 days, refunds for SHEMAX Canada Protection are no longer available.
